The location of the hotel is very convenient, being right outside of the train station and close to everything in the city. It is just a short walk to some attractions in the old city, making it easy to explore. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with helpful amenities such as a mini fridge and air conditioning.
The front desk service could be improved, as some guests reported unfriendly staff and lack of assistance.
